PURPOSE:To improve the SN ratio of a recording layer made of a mixed material of nitrocellulose and a sensitizer for color matter, by setting the rate of the sensitizer to be dissolved into an organic solvent to <=1/2 the saturated amount at normal temperature. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting film 2 is vapor deposited on a substrate 1 and an intermediate layer 3 containing a sensitizer for color matter and nitrocellulose is formed on the reflecting layer 2. Then, they are baked and the organic solvent is evaporated. In this case, it is desirable to set the rate of the sensitizer to be dissolved into the organic solvent to <=1/2, desirably <=1/3, of the saturated amount at normal temperature to suppress the occurrence of crystal grains of the sensitizer for color matter. Then, another reflecting film 4 is vapor deposited on the intermediate layer 3 and a protective film 5 is formed on the reflecting film 4, as reguired. When a laser beam is irradiated in the mastering process, a pit 6 and projection 7 are formed, because the sensitizer for color matter has a remarkable absorbility to the wavelength of the laser beam. |
