PURPOSE:To form a laser tube excellent in maintainability and the stability of light output by a method wherein an output mirror and a prism, and total reflection mirror are sealed at both ends of the laser tube via bellows respectively. CONSTITUTION:The bellows 6 and 9 are provided respectively at both the ends of the laser tube equipped with a laser fine tube 2, an anode 3, a cathode bulb 4, and a cathode 5. The output mirror 7 is sealed on this bellows 6 with frit glass 8, and the prism 10 is fixed on the bellows 9, further the total reflection mirror 11 is sealed with frit glass 12. This laser tube is mounted on a light resonator structure 20, and while both the assemblies of the output mirror 7 and the prism 10, and the total reflection mirror 11 can be adjusted in angles respectively by angle adjusting plates 22 and 25. Thus, the laser tube excellent in maintainability and the stability of light output can be formed. |
