<p>PURPOSE:To illuminate efficiently and uniformly a long and narrow area of an object to be illuminated, by scattering at least a part of light from a linear light emitting part in the lengthwise direction of the light emitting section only. CONSTITUTION:A lamp 21 contains in its inside a linear light emitting part (filament), and grooves in parallel with a cross section perpendicular to a straight line of the linear light emitting part are engraved on a surface 22 of the lamp 21 at a minute interval. Thus, the light irradiated from the light emitting part is scattered only in the lengthwise direction of the light emitting part on the surface 22 of the lamp, allowing to illuminate the long and narrow area 24 of the object 23 to be illuminated without unevenness.</p> |
