PURPOSE:To constitute the entire apparatus in a compact configuration, by utilizing a rotary lifting pole so that a material to be inspected is moved only when it is necessary, thereby enhancing the function of a single washing device and using a blower as a drying device. CONSTITUTION:When an apparatus is started, a basket 33 is moved to a point A, an arm 35 catches the basket 33 by a hook, and the arm 35 is lifted, then rotated in the forward direction by 45 deg., and lowered. The material to be inspected and the basket 33 are immersed in a penetrating liquid tank 31. The arm 33 is lifted, with the basket 33 being left in the penetrating liquid 31, and stopped for about 8min. Thereafter, the pole 34 and the arm 35 repeat the same operation and are rotated. When the material to be inspected is inputted in a washing device 38, a running spray nozzle 41 sprays the mixture of washing liquid and air for two minutes, and then performs the jetting of the air only. Thus the blowing is performed. After the washing, the material to be inspected is moved to a drying device 39 by the arm 35. After the drying, the basket 33 is moved to a chain type conveyer 40a, and observed on a roller conveyer table 40b. |
