PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of operators and to prevent mis-operation, by automizing jobs relating to the making of tickets among loads to the operators. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming call is given to a receiving incoming trunk SPICT from a subscriber via an exchange, the operator responds to the call and keeps the caller waiting without the handset hung up, and inquires the caller's number based on the application of the caller by using a number inquiry circuit. Then, when the connection is finished through the exchange connection, a register sender RS transfers a charging trunk MBTT number for switchboard, a called party's number, and the caller number to a recorder. The recorder completes recording with a time from a clock device in addition to the information above. When the call is finished, restoration information and an MBTT number are transferred from the trunk MBTT to the recorder, and the information is recorded together with the time from the clock device for a material of billing of the imposition. |
