PURPOSE:To attain the adjustment of centering without causing color shading, by making the variation of a DC voltage of each horizontal deflection electrode equal and inverting the polarity. CONSTITUTION:Resistors 40 and 41, 44 and 45 have respectively equal resistance values. A resistor 42 is connected to a slider of a variable resistor 43. One side ends of each resistor 40, 41 are connected to a DC voltage V1 and the other ends are connected to the resistor 42. Both ends of the resistor part of the variable resistor 43 are connected respectively to one side ends of the resistors 44, 45. The other ends of the resistors 44, 45 are grounded. Voltages V2, V3 produced respectively across the resistors 44, 45 are applied to the horizontal deflection electrodes 1, 2 as DC voltages. Although the DC voltages V2, V3 depend on the position of the slider of the variable resistor 43, the variation in the change of the DC voltages V2, V3 of the horizontal deflection electrodes 1, 2 is equal with each other and the polarities of change is opposite to each other. |
