PURPOSE:To improve the processing efficiency, by registering an account file of plural customers in advance and revising the acount file of each customer in the lump, when payment-in and out takes place. CONSTITUTION:When employees of a company snbscribe to a group fixed amount accumulating deposit system, a processing request data I1 is outputted from a terminal device 1 to request the registration of a customer account in a processor 2. The data I1 comprises acount numbers A-Z of customers a-z, number of items of customers C, incoming data E by customers and total monetary amount D of the incoming data. A receiving section 3 receiving the data I1 starts an account set section 4 to open a register file 8 and sets the account number A-Z to an account column (e) and the deposit amount per month determined by customers to a monetary amount column (f). Further, a managing file 9 is provided to set the number of items of customers and the total amount of money and a ledger file 7 is opened. When paying-in is done from each customer, the receiving section 3 starts a collecting section 5 with a processing request data I2 from the terminal device 1 to collates the data I2 with the data of the file 9, and when they are coincident, an incoming money processing section 6 is started for proceeding the incoming process. |
