PURPOSE:To achieve a highly accurate cofirmation of the position of a human organ by a method wherein the transmission intensity of an object according to positions is recorded in a recording circuit by scanning the view thereof in a narrow view to be indicated overlapping the distribution image of a radioactive isotope. CONSTITUTION:X rays which are emitted from an X ray tube 6 and enter a head section 2 passing through an object 1 is reduced to a narrow view A with masks 7 and 8 having slits 71 and 81. A view A created with the slits 71 and 81 is controlled with scan controllers 9 and 10 to scan the entire object. Electrical signals obtained from the head 2 during the scanning are all inputted into an X ray measuring circuit 11 and then, recorded into a recording circuit 12. When the scanning is ended, those electrical signals are indicated on a display unit 5 together with position signals X and Y whereby a distribution image of a transmission X ray intensity is produced on a screen. The position of a human organ can be confirmed by indicating the X ray transmission image overlapping a distribution image of radioactive isotopes. |
