摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance values of (BH)max, BHC, IHC by adding at least a kind of SmCo5 and Sm2Co7 of the particular weight percent or less to the powder sintering type R2T17 system magnetic alloy (herein R is yttrium and rare earth element and T is transition metal). CONSTITUTION:A metal having the composition, in weight percentage, 2.6% Sm, 9% Cu, 15.5% Fe, 1.5% Zr, 0.1% Ti and Co as the remainder is heated by a high frequency wave under Ar ambient. Thereby, the R2T17 system alloy as the main component is melted. After such alloy is colled and hardened, it is smashed into particles in average diameter of 4mum. Meanwhile, the SmCo5 ally and Sm2Co7 alloy to be added to said alloy are respectively smashed also into fine particles of about 3mum. These alloys are mixed to said R2T17 system alloy powder in the weight % of 0-15% and such mixture is pressurizingly molded under the field of 10kOe. After it is then sintered at a temperature of 1,160-1,230 deg.C under the Ar ambient, it is further subjected to the heat processing at a temperature of 1,100-1,200 deg.C and is then held at 600-950 deg.C for 10min or longer and then it is cooled up to a temperature of 500 deg.C or lower at a rate of 5 deg.C/min or higher.
