Protective coating layer which comprises plaster, cement, hydroxyethyl cellulose and a quantity of water which is required for setting the plaster and the cement. The protective layer which is produced can be used for outdoor storage for protecting against dust accumulation or water-leaching or as a protection against fire, in addition to which the layer, after application, dries rapidly, is water-soluble and can readily be strengthened mechanically. |
