PURPOSE:To simplify works for vertically positioning, assembling etc., of a magnetic head, by bending a part of either one of two base plates, for fitting head and fixing, and inserting the bent part into a hole pierced through the other base plate, and then, using a plate spring fixed to one base plate as a spring. CONSTITUTION:The front end part of a magnetic head fitting base plate 3 is shaped to have a triangular form having a shape of an unfolded fan with a pointed end and bent upward, and then, the pointed end is inserted into a hole 8 for height fixing engaged to the front end part having a shape of an unfolded fan, which is bent to have a U-shape, of a fixing base plate for adjusting head 4 and the horizontal and vertical positioning of the base plate 3 are performed. Inclination and azimuth of a magnetic head 1 are adjusted by means of adjusting screws 6a and 6b. Furthermore, by fixing a plate spring 9 to the fixing base plate 4 for adjusting head, positioning of the plate spring 9 to the base plate 4 is performed and, therefore, the magnetic head 1 can be assembled easily. |
