PURPOSE:To obtain a left-right symmetric corrugated metallic plate for forming an eccentric radiator successively at low cost by setting a long-sized metallic plate in a gripper and sending it by one pitch while putting a forming punch and an ejector plate in cooperation. CONSTITUTION:The long-sized metallic plate material 26 is set in the gripper 1. The gripper 1 is expanded by the forming punch 49 and while the material 26 is clamped with the ejector plate 89, a corrugated part at the starting end is formed. At the same time, the gripper 1 is moved by one pitch and a bending punch 37 is operated to form corrugated parts with a receiving punch 95. Then, the bending punch 37 and forming punch 49 are returned to reset the ejector plate 89, and the corrugated part of the material 26 is returned to the specific position of the gripper 1. The material 26 is fed by one pitch and said series of operations is repeated successively to form corrugated parts with specific height successively. Lastly, a cutter 59 and a cutting base 106 operate synchronously for cutting operation, and the corrugated metallic plate for a radiator is taken out. |
