PURPOSE:To certainly absorb noise by pouring hardening composition into the groove part between the both bulged parts of a rigid trolley having a collector sliding surface on one side and a supporting installation surface on the other and subjecting said composition to hardening and adhesion, in a monorail etc. CONSTITUTION:As for a rigid trolley T made of Al, a stainless-steel band member S which forms a sliding surface safor a collector is joined integrally onto one bulged part T1, and the other bulged part T2 is installed onto a construction member 1 through metal fittings 3 and supporting insulators 2. Into the groove part 4 between the both bulged parts T1 and T2 in the non-supported range between the supporting insulators 2 and 2 of this rigid trolley T, hardening composition is poured into and hardened for fixation. Said hardening composition is prepared by compounding 200-1,300pts.wt. of powdered metal compound having a specific gravity of 5 or more into 100pts.wt of thermosetting resin or liquid rubber having vulcanization performance and further compounding inorganic fillers etc. if necessary. Thus, an integrally-formed rigid trolley free from exfoliation can be obtained, and noise can be absorbed effectively. |
