PURPOSE:To stick the terminal part of a bundle without losing the matching with the end face of an annular body by installing an elastic pressing member on the inside of a mouthpiece. CONSTITUTION:The terminal part of a fiber bundle 4 is pressed and fixed on the inside surface of an annular body 1 by coating a thermosetting adhesive agent 7 such as an epoxy resin on the outside circumference of the terminal part of said bundle, inserting the terminal part into said annular body, repositioning the end face 5 of the bundle 4 and the end face 6 of the body 1 flush by using a suitable gage or the like or projecting slightly the end face 5 of the budle from the end face 6 of the annular body to make buth end faces parallel then inserting an elastic pressing member 3 consisting of a curved spring piece in the groove 2 on the inside surface of the body 1 and bringing the curved projecting part of the spring piece into contact with the side surface of the terminal part of the bundle, and the agent 7 is set by heating at a medium temp., whereby the terminal part of the bundle is stuck to the annular body. |
