PURPOSE:To assure the originating despite generation of a fault, by connecting constantly the trunk side terminal of a network to the subscriber side terminal of another network of a different subscriber line scanner. CONSTITUTION:A trunk side point B1 of a trunk link network TLN of a network NW1 is constantly connected to a subscriber side terminal point C1 of a line link network LLN of a network NW2. Terminals C1, C2 and C3 of the subscriber line side are not connected to a subscriber line and set free. If a subscriber line scanner LSCN1 has a fault, a central processor refers to a list of primary subscribers and these primary subscribers switch the switches within the network NW1 so as to assure the originating from the network NW2. Thus the NW1 is passed through without stopping, and therefore the originating of the primary subscribers is never interrupted. |
