发明名称 BRIGHT FLAME EMITTING COMBUSTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To emit the titled bright frames by a method wherein a primary combustion chamber is provided with thick wall locating the rear end on the position similar to the furnace wall or slightly retracted position while soot is produced making use of the combustion heat due to mixing with secondary air and the radiant heat in the furnace by means of regulating the combustion air. CONSTITUTION:The primary combustion is made inactive by means of mixing the fuel in the primary combustion chamber 2 with the primary air not exceeding 15% of the total air volume to preheat the fuel in recirculator stabilizing the flames. The secondary air is jetted from the secondary air channel 11 at the flow rate exceeding three times of that of the primary combustion gas forming recirculating flow due to the secondary air in the downstream side of the rear end 3. The fuel gas preheated by the primary combustion is attracted to the recirculating flow enriching it with fuel content. The rear end 3 subject to the high temperature similar to that in the furnace 5 is heated by the repeated contact with the fuel enriched recirculating flow while the fuel gas in the recirculating flow may be heated up to the temperature exceeding 1,000 deg.C due to the radient heat in said furnace 5 and the combustion heat due to mixing with the secondary air for thermal cracking simultaneously producing carbon particles emitting bright flames effectively.
