PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which can mold a casting mold efficiently with a small amt. of curing gas by constituting the titled device wherein the split patterns blown therein with molding sand by a blowing device are contained in the vacuum space formed of a cover and a table and the curing gas is introduced thereon. CONSTITUTION:The bottom mold 5A of the split patterns placed on a table 3 is moved upward by the operation of an upward cylinder 1 and a top mold 5B is placed thereon, then the molds are once brought downward. A traveling cylinder 9 or the like is operated to move a blowing device 21 connected to a cover 8 having an inverted U-shaped section to the position just above the patterns, where the table 3 is moved upward and molding sand is blown into the split patterns through a blow hole 21A and a blow port 5C for molding sand. The cover 8 is then moved to contain the molds 5A, 5B into the vacuum space formed of the cover 8 and the table 3. Curing gas is introduced into said space through a conduit 13 to cure the molding sand, whereafter the casting mold is removed by the operation of ejector pins 7, 19. |
