In a rolling bearing, consisting of a thin-walled outer race (1), in particular drawn from sheet metal, which, between axial limits, preferably edges (3), receives rolling bodies (7) which are arranged in particular in a cage (6) and which roll off between the race (1) and, arranged concentrically therein, an inner part (9) having a cylindrical running surface (8), the outer race (1) thereof being drawn in in the central region (4) of its running surface (2) to a diameter which is smaller in relation to the adjacent regions (5), the inner part (9) is, to absorb axial guide forces and to hold together the inner part (9) and the rest of the bearing during assembly and during transport, provided at least on one side outside its running surface (8) with a circumferential bead (10), the radial height of which is dimensioned in such a manner that on the one hand the axial mobility of the inner part (9) in relation to the outer race (1) is limited and on the other hand permanent deformations on the outer race (1), on the inner part (9) and on the rolling bodies (7) are excluded during the assembly of the inner part (9) with the bead (10) first. <IMAGE> |
