<p>Preparation of phenolamides having the formula (I) wherein A and B are alkylene or alenylene radicals and X is a substituent optionally selected among halogens, the radicals-N H2, -R1 and -OR1, R1 being a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, by the reaction of the compound having the formula (II) wherein A and X have the same meaning as indicated hereabove, Hal is an halogen and Z is a protector group with $(3,)$reaction of the product obtained with MeN3, reaction of the product obtained with a base releasing the protector group, and catalytic hydrogenation of the resulting product. The compounds have an antiviral activity and a hormonal biological activity.</p> |
