PURPOSE:To make better the contact of a heat conductive layer with a heat- sensitive paper, raise the efficiency of heat utilization, and raise the life of heating elements by a method in which a thick expanded part is formed in part of a graze layer provided on a base plate and a heating resistor layer and a heat conductive layer are provided on the top of the expanded part. CONSTITUTION:In forming a graze layer 2 on the surface of a base plate 1 by a thick film printing method, the thickness of the graze layer 2 in the place where a heating resistor layer 3 is to be provided is increased to form an expanded part 7. Then, a conductive layer 4 is formed on the graze layer 2 by a sputtering method or a vapor deposition method, and then the conductive layer 4 on the expanded part 7 is cut off by a cutting method. Then, a heating resistor layer 3 and a heat conductive layer 5 are orderly formed on the cut part of the expanded part. |
