PURPOSE:To obtain the titled equipment which can mold integrally a reinforced resin pipe having a corrugated outer face and a cylindrical inner face, by shaping a small diameter pipe and a large diameter pipe extruded from the tip face of a mold like a cylinder and a corrugated pipe respectively in a molten state and fusion bonding both at their contacting place. CONSTITUTION:A molten resin 72 is extruded in the forms of a large diameter pipe and a small diameter pipe, their pipe axes being made to coincide, from the tip face of a mold 11. The molten resin 72 of a small diameter pipe shape covers the circumference of a mandrel 10 and an air is aspirated from an air aspirating hole 22, also a cooling water is circulated in a cave part 26. The molten resin 72 of a large diameter pipe shape is inserted into a sizing 34 and is made to advance, being solidified by supplying the cooling water in the cave part 46 and being shaped after the corrugated shape of the inner peripheral face of the sizing 34 by rotating it. The outer peripheral face of the small diameter pipe shaped molten resin 72 and the spirally protruding part 74 of the inner peripheral face of the corrugated pipe shaped molten resin 72 are fusion bonded and an integrated reinforced resin pipe can be obtained. |
