PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of oil without the decrease in the output of a sensor for oil pressure, by disposing a thin sheet of an amorphous magnetic alloy between a soft magnetic material mounted with a coil in a grooved part and a cover part having a transmission hole for the oil pressure, and mounting a preventing member for leakage of oil between the same. CONSTITUTION:A thin sheet 1 of an amorphous magnetic alloy having magnetostriction is sandwiched between a soft magnetic material 2 loaded with a coil 4 in a grooved part 24 and a cover part 3 having a transmission hole 31 for oil, whereby a magnetic circuit is formed. When oil pressure P is applied through the hole 31, stress is generated in the part corresponding to the part 24 of the sheet 1, and the magnetic resistance over the entire part of the magnetic circuit increases as the circuit is energized by the coil 4, whereby the inductance value corresponding directly to the oil pressure is obtd. An O-ring 5 disposed in the groove part 32 prevents the leakage of oil, and since the sheet 1 is pressed to the material 2, the wasteful generation of stress is eliminated, and the leakage of oil is prevented without the decrease in the output of the sensor for oil pressure. |
