PURPOSE:To rotate a wind direction changing blade plate at a fixed speed, by mounting a brake adjusting movable blade, in which a tilt angle is changed in accordance with a change of wind pressure, to the wind direction changing blade plate. CONSTITUTION:If an axial flow fan 6 is rotated at a low speed, force is acted on wind direction changing blades 8a, 8b and a movable blade 15 in accordance with their tilt angle, and a wind direction changing blade plate 8 is rotated clockwise at an almost fixed low speed. If a speed of the fan 6 is increased, a rate of increase of force assisting clockwise rotation applied to the blade plate 8 is increased higher than the rate of increase of force assisting counter clockwise rotation, and larger brake force is applied, in consequence the blade plate 8 rotates at an almost fixed speed in no relation to the speed of the fan 6. |
