PURPOSE:To provide a continuous form treating device whereby a continuous form continuously discharged from a printer can be sorted by cutting for each predetermined unit number of forms. CONSTITUTION:The continuous form (a series of unit forms) F continuously discharged from the printer P is received by a feeding means 30 (32) through a feed buffer part 10 (11-20) where the form F is momentarily stocked. In this case, when it is detected by a sensor K2 that a specified mark is recorded on one of the unit forms, a cutting means 40 (33, 34, B) is operated to separate the unit form and the preceding unit form from each other, the feeding means 30 is stopped immediately before the unit form in concern reaches to a stacking table 54, and a sorting means 50 performs a sorting operation while momentarily stocking the continuous form F (discharged from the printer P) at the feed buffer part 10. After the sorting operation is completed, the feeding means 30 is started to stack up the momentarily stocked continuous form F on the stacking table 54. |
