发明名称 BONDING METHOD FOR OPTICAL DISK SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the center shift degree between both optical disk substrates by forming a matching pattern at a part of each disk substrate and detecting the direction and degree of the center shift between both substrates from a moire pattern formed by the matching patterns of both disk substrates when they are set opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of substrates 11 and 12 are formed with a stamper containing a pattern used as a metallic mold. Thus the center matching patterns P1 and P2 are obtained. A recording layer forming area B1 is not provided on the pattern P1 and another area B2 is spread over the pattern P2. Then a recording layer 14 formed on the pattern P2 functions as a reflecting film and a moire pattern can be seen clearly from an upper side. Then an adhesive 15 is applied between both substrates 11 and 12 and the pressure is applied to the adhesive 15 to spread the adhesive 15. At the same time,both patterns P1 and P2 are put close to each other. A moire pattern is produced on the substrate 11 if some shift is produced between the positions of both patterns P1 and P2. Thus it is possible to know the direction and degree of the center shift between both substrates 11 and 12 from said moire pattern.
