Mobile rail-type elevator with an arrangement of telescopically extendable rails (1, 2), a slide (4) movable along the rails, and an articulation piece (11) which enables the inclination of a part of the innermost (topmost) telescopic rail (1) to be adjusted and the articulation axis of which runs transversely to the motion planes of the slide (4). The articulation piece (11) consists of two holding arms (14, 15) connected outside the motion planes in the articulation axis (12), of which holding arms (14, 15) the first is firmly connected to the next innermost telescopic rail (2) in its head area and the second is equipped with a guide (18) enclosing the innermost telescopic rail (1). The innermost telescopic rail (1), apart from a rigid top end part (20) and a foot end (23), is provided with a bendable bridging element (22) over which the slide (4) can travel and which connects the end part (20) to the foot end (23). <IMAGE>
