PURPOSE:To obtain the stable micro capsule with the passage of time, by heating, pressurizing or reducing pressure the hollow micro balloon made of inorganic substance wall, such as silica etc., in nonaqueous solution containing one liquid type room temperature hardening resin and making the above solution as core substance permeating in the balloon hollow part. CONSTITUTION:Hollow micro balloon of inorganis substance wall, such as silica glass etc., is heated pressurized or reduced pressure in nonaqueous solution containing one liquid type room temperature hardening resin, such as each silicon polysulfide polyurethane group resin. Hereby, core substance is made by the above nonaqueous solution permeating to the hollow part of the hollow micro balloon. The resin in the nonaqeous solution diffusing or breeding in small holes or cracking part of the inorganic substance wall during the above operation, is hardened reacting with moisture in the air and fine hole or crack is sealed. |
