PURPOSE:To measure accurately characteristics such as osmotic pressure of hemocyte, by passing a diluted solution of blood through a pore of the lower end of a detector and detecting the hemocyte by the electric difference between the hemocyte and the diluted solution and storing the difference of each measuring interval of the number of the hemocyte and expressing by a graph. CONSTITUTION:A diluted solution of a blood 2 is passed through a pore 4 of the lower end of a detector 3 and hemocyte is detected by the difference of electric impedance between the hemocyte and the diluted solution at the time of passing through the pore 4 by an electrode 6 in the detector 3 and an outside electrode 5 and then, this detected signal is converted into a pulse signal by a detection circuit 7. The pulse signal is sent to a processing circuit 8 and signals of the hemocyte are read dividing in a prescribed time interval in accordance with the command of set up conditions in input device 15 and an operation order of an RAM10, then the difference of the counted value of this time and the 1st time, is written successively in a reading and writing memory 11. Only the value of the difference after a prescribed measuring number of times or the measuring time, is recorded and is displayed on a recording device 13 and a display device 14 connected to an interface 12. In this manner, characteristics for osmotic pressure of the hemocyte or a hemolytic agent are measured accurately. |
