Device for insertion into a concrete-component formwork, for receiving and holding at predetermined spacings connecting bars which are to be partially embedded in the concrete component and with their free ends all serve for connecting adjoining concrete components to be cast subsequently, consisting of a receiving and holding member which can be removed after removal of the formwork of the concrete component and is to be fixed to the inside of the formwork and which receives and holds the free ends of the connecting bars serving to connect further concrete components, the free ends of the connecting bars being bent for space-saving reception in the receiving and holding member and having to be straightened after removal of the receiving and holding member, the receiving and holding member consisting of a holding member which serves for fixing to the formwork and on which the connecting bars are held by at least one tube-shaped shrink film enveloping the holding body and the initially bent free ends of the connecting bars.
