<p>The condenser comprises a completely freely movable unit with at least two successively arranged capacitive elements to which is connected a device for detection of voltage differences between them. Also involved is a further device for indication of situation alterations in the detection process. The two capacitive elements are formed by a differential condenser, and for voltage difference detection, a differential amplifier is used with two inputs connected to the two elements. At its output, the amplifier provides a signal for detection of a situation modification. The situation alteration indicator device is a voltmeter with a needle.
