PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality eggroll containing the components of fish and shellfish, by adding the components to the main body containing the component of egg, and forming and baking the main body in the shape of fish or shellfish. CONSTITUTION:The main body 1 made of egg has the shape of a fish consisting of the head and the body, and contains fine pieces of the meat of fish (e.g. sea bream). A liquid egg supplying device 14 and an ingredient filling device 15 containing the fine pieces of sea bream meat 4 are placed oppositely to each other above the baking pans 8 of the automatic egg-baking machine 5. The baking pan 8 receives the liquid egg from the tank 16 at one position, moved to the position under the ingredient-filling device 15 by turning the rotary table 7, filled with the fine pieces of sea bream meat 4, shifted again under the liquid egg supplying device 14 by turning the rotary table 7, and filled with liquid egg to obtain the objective food. |
