PURPOSE:To deliver the molded food to the subsequent step preventing the adhesion of the food to the mold parts, by driving each part of the device for pushing formed food paste adhering to the mold plate by the motion of an arm mechanism, thereby dropping the formed food. CONSTITUTION:When the mold is filled with the paste food, the intermediate member 4 and the actuating axis member 5 are lowered simultaneously to set the lower surfaces of the members 2, 4 and 5 to the same level, and the formed food 10 is pushed out of the molding space 7 of the hollow mold member 2. The formed food 10 remains in the state attached to the lower faces of the members 4 and 5. Only the actuating axis member 5 is pulled up in the intermediate cylindrical member 4 just under the vertical groove 3 of the intermediate cylindrical member 4 to form a vacuum 11 under the member 5. The member 5 is pulled up further until the lower face of the member 5 reaches the middle part of the vertical groove 3, when the pulling up of the member 5 is stopped. Air is sucked in the vacuum 11 through the vertical groove 3. Thereafter, the pulled member 5 is lowered to compress the air flowed in the vacuum part 11, and the formed food attached to the lower face of the intermediate cylindrical member 4 is dropped by the pressure of the compressed air. |
