PURPOSE:To increase both the forming performance and the heat resistance for the diaphragm of the tweeter, by forming the diaphragm with the polyparabanic acid film which is obtained by polymerizing the methylene diisocyanate and the hydrocyanic acid. CONSTITUTION:The polyparabanic acid film is obtained by polymerizing the methylene diisocyanate and the hydrocyanic acid. Then the film is softened in the high- temperature atmosphere of 300 deg.C and then pressed by the metal mold of 100- 150 deg.C. Thus doomed diaphragm 11 containing coupling flange 12 can be obtained. |
