PURPOSE:To shorten operation tact time by providing a movable pawl for transferring an object in such a way as freely provjecting into and retreating from an object traveling passage in a device where the object reaching the delivery part of one track is transferred to the other track. CONSTITUTION:When a pallet 2 in the first track 3 is transferred to the second track 4 via a delivery part 11, a pallet 2a located at the delivery part 11 of the track 3 is raised while being supported in its lower part by a movable piece 20 on a base 17 owing to the contracting motion of an air cylinder rod 18. A cam follower 23 pushes aside a cam 24, and rolls over in front of it. When the base 17 reaches the upper dead center, a movable gate 29 enters under the pallet 2a, and then the base 17 is lowered. Then, the cam 24 again returns to an forwardly inclined state and the cam follower 23 engages with the back of the cam 24, and thereby the movable pawl 20 is pulled backward against a spring 22, allowing its interference with the pallet to be prevented. |
