PURPOSE:To extract the center point of a luminance point precisely by providing a motion analyzing video camera with a means to insert the address signal of a picture position where a peak value is generated into the vertical blanking period of a video signal. CONSTITUTION:A color video camera consisting of RGB image pickup tubes 10a-10c, a matrix 11 and a color encoder 12 is provided with a peak detector 15 to detect the luminance point of a light emitting indicator for a moving body, an XY address data generator 16, a data coder 17 to insert address data into the vertical blanking period, a cross pattern generator 18 indicating the position of a peak point, and a marker signal generator 19. Consequently, the detector 15 detects the peak of the light emitting indicator of the moving body from a luminance signal Y, the address data generator 16 generates the XY addresses of the peak on a screen and the data coder 17 inserts the XY addresses into the vertical blanking period to extract a precise luminance point. |
