摘要 PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency and greatly decrease the cost of the lamp, by forming the first luminous layer being extendedly provided between the second luminous layer, which is laid on the same, and the inner surface of the bulb, and by adapting the first luminous layer to be mixed with 30 to 95 percent by weight of a substance having the characteristic to reflect ultraviolet radiation and having the similar grain side to that of the fluorescent material constituting the first layer. CONSTITUTION:The suspension for the first luminous layer 2 is forced up and applied to the inner surface of the bulb 1 to two-thirds of its height from the bottom; the first layer 2 is thus formed. The amount of the ultraviolet reflecting substance to be mixed with the first luminous layer is kept from exceeding the range of 30 to 95 percent by weight. The suspension for the second luminous layer 3, which suspension has the peak luminance at 525nm, is forced up and laid on the first luminous layer 2 on the inner surface of the bulb 1 to half the height of the first luminous layer 2 from the bottom; the second luminous layer 3 is thus formed. After turning the bulb up side down, the suspension for the third luminous layer 4, which suspension has the peak luminance at 460nm, is forced up and applied to the portion where any luminous layer is not yet formed so that the same adjoin the first luminous layer 2, and the fourth luminous layer is thus formed.
