A warm water storage means for connection to a solar collector includes a storage container (9) in the base of which there is a horizontally arranged double-jacketed pipe (12) having an inner jacket (14), an outer jacket (13) and an annular space (15) between them. The space 15 is sealed off from the storage container and is provided with inlets (6,8) and outlets (5,7) to the collector.
