PURPOSE:To improve electrolyte leakage resistance by forming a high polymer film on the bottom side, which contacts the bottom of a positive case, of a molded pellet by coating with a high polymer organic solvent solution and drying it, and by reducing silver oxide on the exposed surface of the molded pellet to silver by immersing in a reducing solution. CONSTITUTION:A pellet and a positive ring having a reversed L-shaped cross section are molded together. A tetrahydrofuran solution containing 10wt% of polyvinyl chloride is spread on the surface which is not covered with the positive ring of the positive mix pellet and dried to form polyvinyl chloride film having a thickness of about 4mum. The pellet is immersed in a methanol solution containing 2wt% of hydrazine for 10min, washed and dried. This pellet is put into a positive case so as to has the film forming layer on the bottom side.
