<p>PURPOSE:To prevent any crosstalk and facilitate manufacture, by dividing each of channel parts into sections with a non-magnetic layer interposed therebetween, and laminating the divided sections. CONSTITUTION:A coaxial rotary transformer comprises a stator 5 with a through hole 7 secured on a fixed shaft, and a rotor 6 disposed therearound. The stator 5 is constituted by small cylindrical members 51-53 separated from each other through a non-magnetic layer (Al2O3, TiO2, glass or the like) 8, while the rotor 6 is constituted by small annular members 61-63 separated from each other through a non-magnetic layer 9. The small annular members 61-63 constituting the rotor 6 are composed of an outer magnetic lamination part 12 with a high permeability, an inner non-magnetic lamination part 13 and conductors 111-113 which are printed alternately with the lamination layers in laminating the non-magnetic part 13 so as to form one winding in combination. The stator 5 is similarly composed of a magnetic lamination part 17 with a high permeability, a non-magnetic lamination part 18 and a conductor 10. It is to be noted that the positions of the rotor and the stator may be reversed.</p> |
