PURPOSE:To enable the cleaning of an applicator by synchronously controlling solenoid valves connected to a means of delivering sample containers one at a time to the sample adsorbing position from a container storage section and water cooling means to open at the cleaning of the applicator. CONSTITUTION:Sample containers 10 ended in distribution are stacked at a container storage section 11, namely, between first and second water tanks 22 and 23 and a lid 19 is placed on top of the container 10. When a delivery signal is applied to a container delivery means 12 from a controller, a motor 37 is started to rotate a disc cam 39 by one turn. The rotary motion of the disc cam 39 is transmitted to a moving table 42 to deliver containers 10 one at a time to the sample adsorbing position A through a pawl plate 46. Each time this delivery action is done, an applicator 4 is carried to the sample absorbing position A and is lowered to each tray section 14 of the containers 10 to adsorb a sample. In this conjunction, solenoid valves 25 and 29 are opened to feed water to a first water tank 22 through a faucet 28 and with a rise in the pressure of water, water in the second tank 23 is allowed to be fed to a cleaning tank 13 from a jet tube 53 through a piping 30. |
