PURPOSE:To judge the quality of a rotary machine automatically, by performing spectrum analysis by an FET method, and comparing the value of the extraction of square sum of the amplitude values of frequencies with a preset value. CONSTITUTION:Vibrations of rotary equipment are detected by vibration detecting device 1 and inputted to a digital frequency spectrum analysis computer 4 through a high frequency cut off filter 2a, a low frequency cut off filter 2b, and an A/D converter 3. A frequency is preliminarily selected among the analyzed frequency spectrums. With the amplitude value of the selected frequency as a center, e.g. the amplitudes of 10 sets of frequencies are selected at a higher and the lower regions of said center. A square sum extraction operator 5 performs the extraction operation of the square sum of the selected 10 sets of amplitudes. The result is compared with a preset value in a comparator 9, and the output is supplied to a warning display device 10. |
