发明名称 FAULT POINT LOCATION SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve a measurement of impedance up to a fault point while eliminating errors using a commercial frequency voltage and current by transmitting a positive phase partial voltage and current at another terminal utilizing the feature that there is no need for computation through instantaneous mutual transmission of data. CONSTITUTION:Whenever an abnormality occurs, it is detected with a comparator 3 and sampled values of subsequent waveforms generated are memorized into respective cyclic memory 5 as measured value data only for set time with a counter 4. Simultaneously with outputting of an output signal (h), a measurement/transmission circuit 7 outputs the measured value data memorized in an internal memory to another terminal as output signal (i) utilizing a transmission function. This allows the recipient unit of the information to transmit data of values measured at own terminal to another terminal by processing thereof likewise. Thus, the calculation of relative phases and peak values or voltages VIA and VIB and currents IIA and IIB is done thereby the measurement of an intended impedance to be utilized for the measurement of distance.
