PURPOSE:To reduce the cost without deteriorating the brightness of a coloring fluorescent lamp by comprising a luminous layer formed on the inner surface of a bulb with phosphor and ultraviolet reflecting substance and specifying the proportion occupied by the ultraviolet reflecting substance. CONSTITUTION:A coloring fluorescent lamp used for rearing plents, appreciation, and meat is formed by coating the inner surface of the bulb with ultraviolet reflecting substances, such as titan oxide and alumina etc. with mean particle diameter of 2-10mum that are mixed by 30-95wt% in a rare earth element phosphor, such as a europium activated phosphorus yttrium vanadate phosphor, etc. As a result, the film thickness of a aluminous layer can properly be set by reducing the proportion of an expensive phosphor, such as a rare earth element phosphor occupied by the luminous layer and the lamp cost can be reduced. Besides, the penetration and blackening of electrodes can be prevented without deteriorating the brightness as the coloring fluorescent lamp. |
