PURPOSE:To obtain rubber tube without using core material, etc., by a method wherein an extruded green rubber tube is internally pressurized, and its outside surface is covered with lead pipe, while both ends of said lead pipe covering the green rubber tube are vulcanized in an open state. CONSTITUTION:A specified dimensional green rubber tube is extruded by an extruder, and wound around a winder by a specified length while being covered with adhesion-proof agent through a cooling water through and a take-up drum. As for the inside surface of said green rubber tube, for example, one end open part of tube is sealed, said tube being pressurized by the blowing-in of fixed pressure air from another end open part, and it is covered with lead pipe in a state where the outside surface of green rubber tube adheres closely to the inside surface of lead pipe. Then, both ends of green rubber tube is, in an open state, and vulcanized in a vulcanizer. The covered lead pipe is split with a lead splitter after vulcanization, and the desired rubber tube is obtained. |
