发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF DIVALENT SILVER OXIDE CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To flatten an electric discharge curve and increase an electric discharge duration time, by atomizing soluble silver of Ag or Ag2O to a surface contacted with a separator of a positive electrode molded member consisting of divalent silver oxide and forming a thin silver film layer. CONSTITUTION:Soluble silver consisting of Ag or Ag2O is atomized by a spray gun and coated on a surface contacted with a separator 3 of a positive electrode member 1, in which a positive electrode active material mainly of AgO is molded under pressure in a pellet state, and a silver film 4 of thin layer is formed. Then the separator 3 and a zinc negative electrode 5 are laminated and sealed in a positive electrode case 2 and a negative electrode case 6 through a gasket 7, and a divalent silver oxide cell is formed. Accordingly, the silver film 4 can be formed to a several micron thickness thin layer further uniformly and strongly, and the cell, in which its manufacture is facilitated while an electric discharge is performed at a high rate further an electric discharge curve is flattened, can be obtained.
