PURPOSE:To enhance production efficiency, by a method wherein plural pieces of arms extending in circumferential direction are equipped with core grids capable of being freely put on and taken off, said arms being intermittently made to pivot, and respective operations are successively carried out at each station such as preheat, dipping, semi-feeding, press, etc. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of arms 4 extending in circumferential direction by equal angular interval are equipped with the core grid 26 of an object to be molded so that it can be freely put on and taken off, the arm being intermittently made to pivot by a fixed angle, the core grid being preheated to a fixed temperature at the preheat station 21, the core grid being dipped into foaming sol of plastics and thereafter said core grid being adhered with foaming sol by pulling it up at the dipping station 22, the foaming sol adhering to above-mentioned core grid being heated until it becomes to be of semi gel state at the semifeeding station, and the foaming sol is molded by heating with top and bottom molds 53 and 51 at the press station 24. Thus, the dipping press method excellent in production efficiency is obtained. |
