PURPOSE:To surely execute winding operation by arranging a roller, etc., which spreads an adhesive on a winding drum, to stick the end part of metallic thin plate to the rotating body. CONSTITUTION:The spreading roller 32 for spreading the adhesive on the winding face of the winding drum 26 is arranged and also an actuator 40, such as air cylinder, etc., is connected with the roller 32. The spreading roller 32, having plural fine holes on its surface, supplies the adhesive on the surface of the winding drum 26. The drum 26 is rotated by an electric motor 24 and its peripheral speed is set as almost the same peripheral speed of the cooling roll 18. When molten metal 14 is supplied on the surface of the roll 18, the molten metal 14 is cooled rapidly and produced as the thin metallic plate 20, as rushing out the surface of the roll 18. Then, the end part of the thin plate is caught and wound on the winding face of the drum 26 by the adhesive. By working of the actuator 40, the roller 32 is abutted on the drum 26, to supply the adhesive. In this way, the thin metallic plate 20 is surely wound. |
