发明名称 BRAZING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To widen the control range for inclination over the entire part of a device which solders printed substrates, etc. by ejecting a molten brazing material and is freely adjustable in inclination and to reduce the required amt. of the brazing material in said device by constituting the cover of a storage tank for the brazing material specifically. CONSTITUTION:The opposed side surfaces of a storage tank 51 for a brazing material along a conveyance path 82 for printed substrates are made low in the end part on the side opposite from a nozzle 59 and gradually higher toward the nozzle side. A tank cover 66 is mounted along said side walls. The brazing material in the flow passage 58 between a partition plate 55 and an iron core 56 is fed forcibly by the moving magnetic field developed by the mechanism of the iron core 56 in the tank 51 and a stator coil 76 facing the same so as to be ejected from the nozzle 59. The ejected brazing material is collided against the bottom surface of the substrate and is returned into the tank. The angle of inclination over the entire part of the device is changed by adjusting support devices 83 in the case of changing the angle of injection from the nozzle hole 60 according to the way how the brazing material is stuck on the substrates. Since the side walls of the tank and the cover 66 are inclined in this stage, the side opposite from the nozzle 59 can be moved upward largely. The part where the volume for contg. the brazing material is small is formed by the cover 66 so that the brazing material to be maintained at a specified depth is reduced.
