PURPOSE:To heat and hold a brazing material uniformly and to decrease the flow resistance of the brazing material in a device which heats the molten metal, ejects the same and brazes printed substrates, etc. by providing a heater for the above-described heating specifically. CONSTITUTION:A bar heater 67 is provided in a storage tank 51 for a brazing material along the flow direction of the brazing material. The brazing material in the flow passage 58 between a partition plate 55 and an iron core 56 is fed forcibly by the moving magnetic field developed by the mechanism of the core 56 in the tank 51 and a stator coil 76 facing the same and is ejected from a nozzle 59 toward a printed substrate 52 which is the work. The brazing material falls by colliding against the bottom surface of the substrate 82 and returns into the tank 51, in which the material flows toward the left until it flows into the passage 58. The brazing material is heated uniformly over the entire length by the heater 67 in this stage. The uniform flow of the brazing material is thus assured, whereby the uniform injection of the brazing material from the nozzle hole 60 is assured and the resistance in the flow of the brazing material is decreased. |
