PURPOSE:To perform the receiving, driving and guiding operations of a pile by only one device by a method in which a pile receiver is provided at the upper part of a slipping device fixed to a leader and also a slip beam is provided at the lower part of the device in a freely movable manner toward the direction of the pile axis. CONSTITUTION:An oil-pressure cylinder 9 for a pile receiver 7 is operated, a pile-receiving bracket 8 is extended, a pile P hung down by a crane is slowly lowered, the projected piece K1 of the pile P is contacted with the bracket 8, and the pile P is supported. Also, the pile P is supported by the wire of a winch provided to set, the bracket is housed, and then the projected piece K1 is cut off. Also, a pad 14 is attached to a slip beam at the lower part of the pile receiver 7, the cylinder 11 is operated to extend the pad 14, and the pile is slipped to the seabed under the guidance of the pad 14 and then driven to the rockbed by means of a driver set to the leader R. The pad 14 is removed, a clamping metal 13 is attached, a drill pipe is clamped, the rockbed inside the pile P is excavated, and the pile P is again driven. |
